Problem: A database failed prompt appears when booting up

 

Solution:
Should the LCD screen display a “database failed” prompt or you cannot access the administrator interface, if you don’t need to retain your data, enter #6666 on the machine and press OK to enter test mode. Either select “Clear data stored on the device” or directly connect using a network cable and try using a data maintenance tool to maintain the desired data. If you need to retain data, you will need to return the machine to the software development department for data recovery.
