Problem: The machine automatically reboots or crashes
Solution:
◆ Check the 12V power adapter
◆ Make sure the machine power supply is operating with normal voltage and current
◆ Check whether the camera is working properly, and replace if necessary
◆ Long-term aging of the serial port cable can cause crashing. View the status messages at the time of the crash to establish the defective module and replace it accordingly
◆ Upgrade to the latest version of the software, and run for a prolonged period to check for any problems
